Wild Anji Bai

The Wld Anji Bai is a gentle approachable tea with lovely mix of sweetness, vegetal salinity, and bits of milk or butter. It's friendly, satisfying, and easy to prepare. Its high amino-acid count, good for a less jittery energy.

Compared to our other Anji Bai, this one is the familiar friend. When I served it to Trinley she loved it, not praising any particular firework experience—rather, it simply "hits the spot." The mix of flavors familiar and reassuring.

This Wild Anji Bai has the "refreshing green" vibe with a bit of a culinary style—that leads us to believe you could pair it with a variety of foods like fish, grilled veggies, or pasta/gnocchi primavera. The gentle energy makes it perfect for multi-tea days—energizing without pushing over the top.

Goat

Irreparable World

Stained glass in a limitless void, the goat dances within a cosmos of dark space and vivid appearances. They enjoy the bright images that tell a cohesive story equally as much as the fathomless space. Their turquoise and gold teapot alternates colors, and widens and narrows as one extreme gives way to its opposite. Setting out two cups on the green carpet that reaches beyond what is known and apparent, the goat invites you to sit and enjoy the display. 

The goat once tried to maintain a perfect picture of self and world with no room for chaos, as if frozen in time, but grew tired and fell into despair. Their renewed vigor came when they stopped trying to hold things together, enjoying instead the irreparable imperfection of the world that is by no means broken—but is mercifully void of an edenic origin that some try to return to, and the utopia that keeps eluding even the most earnest perfectionists. 

In the moments when your cohesive narratives begin to slip like a perforated page leaking out from your notebook, the goat encourages you to embrace the natural porousness and listen to the messages that are emerging. If there is no binding left and pages are scattered everywhere, the goat invites you to find a paperclip—or use the wayward scribbles to make a fantastic collage. A virtuoso in their own right, the goat dances with whatever happens with unencumbered creativity. They welcome you to apprentice with them, to learn to see the possibilities granted by the irreparable canvas we live in.
