I started Via Tiempo to share my love of tea. Tea is a bridge to the elemental world and a companion for a contemplative and artful life. It is a nourishing herb with an storied history and expansive ever-evolving cultural heritage. In my seasonal tea-letters and online gatherings, I host an exploration of the imaginative, evocative, and poetic aspects of the tea in community.

My Tea Oracle deck, completed in 2024, has extended how I welcome people into contemplative life. Its archetypes hold my reflections on fifteen years of spiritual and philosophical wanderings. Whether sharing tea or giving a Tea Oracle reading, the timeless space that opens up in these contemplative environments is the heart of Via Tiempo.

Sourcing

Via Tiempo sources teas from traditional farmers with an emphasis on sustainable and cyclical practices. These teas come from the same mountains of China and Taiwan where tea has been harvested for generations—each season bringing new selections to explore.

Herbal Blends

Via Tiempo's herbal blends include hydrating, soothing, digestive, and other blends designed with the help of Jem, our Tea Elf and community herbalist.

Packaging

All of our packaging is chosen with environmental impact as the primary concern. Most comes from EcoEnclose, a company dedicated to supporting businesses in deeper relationships with the earth.
