We'll go steep by steep into embodied sensory awareness and guided reflection, and have fun in community as we go.

Bring everything you need for tea and a journal with a pen (and art supplies as you have available and feel inspired).

Elemental Poetry points to the evocative power of tea to speak through metaphor and imagery directly through the senses—and what that invites, calls, or coaxes out of the tea-drinker. 

This steep of contemplative life is part of an emerging series of opportunities to explore supportive contemplative practices that embrace the aesthetics of tea.
