Behind the Dip

Behind the Dip is a majestic dancong wulong from Phoenix Mountain, a less common cultivar in the family of Yellow Branch. 

It's expressive tea with a strong floral and citrus aromas. Tastes of tart fruit, caramel, and baking spice unfold into pronounced lingering “mountain charm” minerality.  The energy is immediate, the sweetness clean, the afterglow long-lasting.
