Alishan High Mountain - 2oz

Alishan is the most well-known of all the High Mountain Oolongs of Taiwan. This particular Alishan has a delicious herby note, and showcases an elegant balance of floral, fruity (citrus) and creamy. It releases a delightful surprise sweetness in later steeps. The energy is bubbly and joyful.
