Soothing Blend

This is an excellent blend to end the day with. Lavender and chamomile are both known to promote relaxation and sleep. Truly the tea can be enjoyed any time of day, though it may bring on some needed yawns and stretches. When formulating a tea, these three flowers are such easy ones to reach for and I adore the way they sing and dance together. I recommend enjoying Soothing Blend hot in the evening or iced on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
