Wild Garden Silver Needles

Silver Needles is an all-bud white tea with a velvety texture, immediate sweetness, and uplifting energy. The flavor of the sweetness is like a green pear, but with a stickiness like "fruit in its own water."  As the tea ages, it will take on a woodier and nuttier profile. With these fresh leaves, I like a 185º steep. As it ages, I might increase to draw out deeper notes. The energy is firm and uplifting, sending energy right up to the mudball cavity (forehead region).
