Mao Jian

Mao Jian, the fur tips of Xinyang Mountain is an expertly crafted green tea. You can see the quality of the picking in the beautiful tiny buds that comprise this Pre-Ming harvest. The leaves are potent in aroma, taste, and energy, and you can use just a small amount to make a bold brew. It is actually close to matcha with its green burst, strong lift, and the way the hairs permeate the broth such that you're really drinking in the leaves themselves to an extent.
