Jiaogulan 2 oz (Chinese Herb)

Jiaogulan is a traditional Chinese herb that has been used for centuries for its numerous health benefits. It is known by many names, including the immortality herb and poor man’s ginseng. Its latin name is gynostemma. It is an adaptogenic herb considered to be a promoter of overall health and longevity. You can look it up online for specifics in that regard. I like the way it makes me feel, a grounding and relaxing addition to my bevy of beverages. 

It has a strong flavor. Use a small amount of leaves. You can make it with gongfu cha, but I prefer to put a few leaves in a cup. Sometimes I add a chrysanthemum flower, and usually I add milk or oatmilk.
