Hydrating Blend - 50g

An excellent way to support hydration and overall wellness, this blend is formulated to be enjoyed cold or at room temperature. Brewing this tea without heat preserves the beneficial properties of the mucilaginous polysaccharides that are present in the Marshmallow root, Licorice root, and Cinnamon bark. This mucilage does wonders for the body—soothing and protecting tissues while calming inflammation. Naturally sweet from the combination of marshmallow and licorice root with a kiss of cinnamon, it's absolutely delicious and a great ally for tea-drinkers and sun-worshippers.

The Hydrating Blend is such a welcome respite. I reach for it often to calm my fire and quench my thirst, especially in the warmer months. There’s something special about the combination of nutty notes from the marshmallow root and unique sweetness from the licorice root. Not to mention the slippery thickness the liquid takes on as the mucilage gets released. I can practically feel it coating my insides with its soothing, juicy magic. I recommend initially steeping for at least 4 hours or overnight to get the most benefits. Drink right away or store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. You can get several steeps from this hydrating blend, I will continue adding fresh water again and again as I drink it.

Whale

Feel the Feels

The biggest animal in the largest ocean is feeling feels. Sad eyes convey that a loud bellow might be coming, or possibly a mournful turn with a dramatic tail splash. Sometimes we’re too much. We feel too much. Or at least that’s how it feels. Sometimes, this whale just wants to be so over the top, and the world can feel so confining. Waves of emotion and longing—only the sky can hold the scope of these squalls. 

Learning to live with outsized emotions is like the awkwardness of a growth spurt, unsure of how these fins and spouts all fit. The whale used to wish they could disappear to the bottom of the sea. But they grew into their emotions, and developed fondness for their over-the-top romantic side. Now, this big-hearted whale embraces the magnificent display of raucous currents and unpredictable pressure systems. 

Feeling it all, the whale breaches to the surface. The sailboat glowing on their skin shows movement. With a colossal spray, they send their dreams up into the sky.
