Emerald Peak is a dashing Taiwanese high mountain oolong, harvested at 1800 meters on He Huan Shan (Happy Together Mountain). It is both easy to unlock and full of nuanced flavors.
This winter harvest Emerald Peak has a milk chocolate easter egg hidden amidst flavors more common to a green tea: cucumber and konbu. It's a delectably rare spectrum of flavor to find in a single oolong.
