Golden Water Turtle 2oz

Golden Water Turtle, Shui Jin Gui, is a dark roast rock tea from Wuyi Mountain in Fujian. This delicious varietal dates back to at least the Ming Dynasty. It's distinct mushroomy feel and tamarind spice give it a satisfying mixture of sweet, umami, pungent, sour, bitter, and astringent: all the flavors! It's the full package. 

I'm releasing this 2023 harvest now (Oct 24) when it's really balanced and ready for your cup. I only have a small amount so get it while you can!
