Clouds and Mist - Green

Clouds and Mist is a curly Chinese green tea grown at high elevations. Ours is a pre-ming (early harvest) from Fujian Province. It is made from a sturdy tea varietal usually used for oolong tea. It features dark vegetal notes and notable minerality and can be steeped at high temperatures. It is the perfect daily drinker green tea with cleansing, crisp, and bright taste and energy. The 2025 harvest stands out for its marvelous depth.

For the price, I have found nothing better in the world of greens. Reliably crisp and delicious, I often drop a pinch in a large glass or to-go bottle and enjoy its refreshing charm.
