Clouds and Mist - Green

Clouds and Mist is a curly Chinese green tea grown at high elevations. Ours is a pre-ming (early harvest) from Fujian Province, made from a sturdy tea varietal usually used for oolong tea. It features dark vegetal notes and notable minerality and can be steeped at high temperatures. It is the perfect daily drinker green tea with cleansing, crisp, and bright taste and energy. The 2025 harvest stands out for its marvelous depth.

For the price, I have found nothing better in the world of greens. Reliably crisp and delicious, I often drop a pinch in a large glass or to-go bottle and enjoy its refreshing charm.

Dragon

Elemental Saturation

The dragon turns and splashes, playing carefree in their ornate blue teacup. Their head, tail, and most of their spine are concealed under the rim. In Daoism, what is concealed is even more powerful than what is visible. Crackling steam on the surface of the ceramics and waves of light glowing like the sun hint at the power of the transformations taking place within. 

The dragon invites you to play in the elemental milieu. Take time to visit your favorite natural settings and let your spirit run free. Spend time with the dragons that live in lakes, valleys, mountains, and ravines, making use of their restorative, balancing, and life-giving power. Everything on this planet grew up together. Simply being in relaxed connection with a diversity of elements allows for supportive exchanges older than time.

The spontaneous dance of the dragon moves through you when you saturate in rain and fog; in the scent of grass, chaparral, or rocky hillsides; or in the company of concrete, smog, plastic bags, and chained linked fences. Be like the dragon soaking in a natural spring with heat and minerals penetrating deeply into cells—relaxing, healing, shifting, and realigning in the concealed depth.
