Clouds and Mist - Green

Clouds and Mist is a curly Chinese green tea grown at high elevations in Fujian province. Ours is picked in the first days of early-harvest from a sturdy tea varietal usually used for oolong tea. It features dark vegetal notes and notable minerality and can be steeped at high temperatures. It is the perfect daily drinker green tea with cleansing, crisp, and bright taste and energy. Look for the buttery aroma and clean sweetness.

For the price, I have found nothing better in the world of greens. Reliably crisp and delicious, I often drop a pinch in a large glass or to-go bottle and enjoy its refreshing charm.
