Anji Bai is revered for its fresh cream taste, silky texture, and relaxing energy—all of which can be attributed to its high chlorophyl concentration and abundant amino acids (L-theanine). This is a result of Anji county's cold climate and the tea's early harvest window. This high quality Anji Bai with its immaculate harvesting standing is refreshing, sweet, and has a wonderful citrus taste like Meyer lemon.
Bai means white, but this tea's name comes from an era before white tea existed as such. It refers to the pale color of the liqueur. a perfect tea for people who want a tea boost that won't make them jittery, and may even be stress-reducing: a restorative treat of tender buds.
Peddler’s notes:
This tea is a major mood lifter. Brew it with 175º water. Too hot, and the L-theanine can't withstand, and you'll lose the trademark creaminess. I recommend it to anyone—and highly so if you want a tea that doesn't give caffeine-related jitters.

Magic of Ordinary Objects
The fox magician leans on nothing but their own charm as they perform for their woodland neighbors on a grassy sunlit knoll. Everything about the scene is effortless, from the fox’s performance to their attire, casually levitating a coaster above their hand in their favorite thrifted teal cape.
The fox plays with the illusions that capture our imagination in the elemental, emotional, and social fields. You can see their ears glowing with rainbow light, listening to the gentle hum of wisps of potential shimmering in the sunlight all around them. For the fox, it is not important that they have an audience. A relationship with the magical world is what they value most.
A minstrel who sings for birds, a poet who rhymes for boughs, a magician who sets a few ordinary objects on the grass and waits for their cue—this mischievous fox lives life like a daydream. Even their most unimpressive knicknacks, the red ball and clothespin, are made special by the circumstances of where each came from. Their large cup is filled with golden tea. They feel like they have it all.
The fox invites you into the magic of ordinary things. They encourage you to connect with the layers of story and myth in your kitchenware, furniture, souvenirs, shrubbery, and furry neighbors. For the fox, a playful friendship with life, and all the big and little magical objects we encounter, is the basis for becoming a magician, poet, storyteller, or minstrel who brings spirit back into a dull world.
