Journey through the seasons of your life with teas caringly selected by the Tea Peddler. You'll receive 4 boxes each year, each containing 2 magical teas that attune to the season, plus a poetic philosophical scroll to illuminate each tea. The labels, presentation, and evocative writing are part of what allow these amazing teas to expand into your life in unexpected and wonderful ways. Plus, you’ll be presented with online opportunities to taste teas in community and to learn more about this way of tea.
Each shipment has 36 grams of tea, good for 6-8 teapots. That's 18 grams of each tea.
Your card will be charged $28 every 90 days. Pause or cancel any time.
Sending 16 teas per year allows us to select only the best of each harvest and to share each variety of tea in the season when it is most accessible, enjoyable, and nourishing. You can see a list of previous subscription teas here. (Wander subscribers will receive 8 teas per year—every other shipment.) We source and share Chinese and Taiwanese teas from the traditional regions that have been honing this craft for generations.
All of Via Tiempo's teas are from farmers that care for the long-term well being of the soil, tea-plants, and ecosystem. Most are completely pesticide free, whether they be certified organic, wild grown in forests, or old tree gardens at high elevation. While others use minimal EU certified (more healthy than US) pesticides only as needed. Our dedication to the full breadth of the tea ecology carries all the way down to our compostable tea-pouches and post-consumer recycled shipping boxes.
Tea shipments are timed with the seasonal calendar arriving at the 8 seasonal markers, allowing you to truly steep and flow in harmony with the seasons of your life. Depending on when you order your first subscription you'll either be linked up with the dates in the right hand or left hand column:
