Red tea undergoes long oxidation to bring out deep fruit notes. It get’s it’s name from the red hue of the tea broth. In the west, or in British tea culture, this would be called black tea. Red tea can taste floral with nice bitterness, or sweet, fruity and refreshing.
The House Red is floral with a flavor profile similar to English tea.
The Fancy Red teas are sweeter and more refined.
